Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery to supported Ghana cities typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information where available.

Returns
We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
How to return
Email hello@elyvah.com with your order reference and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
